This building complex is situated along the Attiki Odos Highway in the direction of Athens International Airport, at the Panagitsa location near Peania. It consists of three buildings covering a total area of 22,594m2, 7,260m2 of which form an underground parking area, E/M facilities and 800m2 of studios. The remaining 4,328m2 belong to Cosmotelco, a subsidiary of Alpha TV. Alongside the buildings is a 7,000m2 open-air car park.
